All campaigns are continuous; and you are not allowed to split a campaign's duration into smaller sections. E.g. If your campaign is 1 week and you are not allowed to split into September 9-11 & 14-17. However; you can create multiple campaigns based on the minimum duration. E.g. Campaign 1: September 14-20 & Campaign 2: November 23-29.

Daily campaigns have a minimum duration of 1 day. Weekly campaigns have a minimum duration of 1 week @ 7 days

Campaign duration is the timeframe in between the start and end date of a campaign.

The availability of the screen, duration and ad appearance are shown in real time when creating a new campaign.

Ad appearance is a measure of advertisement repetitions in an hour. E.g. If you choose an ad appearance of 18x/h then the ad will be shown 18 times an hour with 10 seconds airtime for each. This is capped at a maximum of 360x/h, which means that only your advertisement will be shown on the screen.

A campaign's maximum duration is up to 25 weeks or around 6 months.

Upon your approval; we will extend the campaign for a time period until it achieves the guaranteed parameter Or If you are paying credit term with us; then we will deduct all the unachieved parameter from the final payments Or If you are paying standard term with us; then we will refund to you for all the unachieved parameter

Neuron offer number of ad appearance as a guaranteed parameter.

Our calculation of the ad appearance is based on average of 8 hours of taxi operation in a day. Most of the time; our taxi driver operates more than 8 hours as it will contribute additional guaranteed ad appearance. Unsold slots appearance will be distributed equally to the existing advertiser. E.g. If you buy 18x/h and no any other buyers then only your ads will be shown on the screen.

No, the additional ad appearance generated throughout the campaign is free of charge.

The ability to pay based on invoice and it will be issue at the end of a campaigns. Please fill out the Credit Term Application form (available on footer) and submit all the necessary details. We will notify the status via your Neuron profile notification & Email. Credit term application will take at least 5 working days and its subject to Neuron management approval. To apply Credit Term applicant must meet at least one of the following criteria: Each quarter: Total value of orders exceeding RM 20,000.00 (twenty thousand). The total volume of orders exceeding RM 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand).

The ability to pay for the campaign via Credit Card, Debit Card, Online Banking, eWallet and Cash deposit. After a successful payment; all the campaign will be reviewed and published on our LED Screen.
